With over 35 years of diverse experience spanning the Indian Navy, real estate, and business development, Salil has led impactful ventures across both domestic and international markets. Before co-founding Upscale Designs, he held prominent positions at Housing.com and managed large-scale operations, administration, and human resources.

Salil’s career journey began in the Indian Navy, where his leadership skills were honed. After transitioning into the private sector, he took on various senior management roles, notably spearheading projects in real estate and interior design. His accolades include commendations from the Chief of Naval Staff and recognition as the Best Performing Zonal Business Head at Housing.com. Additionally, he led award-winning projects, such as Neelaya and Thar Meadows Smart Homes, and private interior projects in Jodhpur and Ahmedabad.
